Beware player abuse is widespread and bbo brushes off infractions. Offers of screen prints and videos are ignored by bbo staff. I suggest you create your own table so that you can boot anyone who violates zero tollerance behaviour. If you join someone else's table you are subject to removal without cause or chat abuse. BBO seems more concerned about generated revenue than enforcing zero tolerance.

Tournaments already full when they appear.

I guess it's fine if you have a partner or if you want to pay to play with bots, or you're happy to play with randoms.But they have a "Free robot duplicate" every half an hour. The problem is they are limited to 40 players and at some times of day, they are full the second they appear. So either they have a bunch of bots that are pre-registered or there are members who have such bots that register within a second of it appearing.Why 40 should be a limit in any case is inexplicable.Not to mention that when I did play in the "daylong", my bot partner decided to double their 4 spade contract with KJxxxx in clubs and nothing else (doubleton spade). It was cold, but for whatever reason it was 3% - biased bot? Why didn't all the other bots double?So after not being able to get in I got as a "sub". After waiting forever I get asked to come into a tournament as sub in the middle of a hand as declarer with no idea what cards have been played, and am expected to just play. Then in another one I come in with no partner available and when someone I didn't choose to play with is landed on me and totally misplays a simple contract I am not able to leave without logging out. Yeah, if I pick someone I want to play with and we have a bad hand it's tough, but you can't force me to play with an idiot for several rounds.
