Buying flooring from online retailers is a bit dicey. My friends had a bad experience with the previous vendor, and this time I found Royal Floors Online. It was truly a game changer for us because the sales person gave us a considerable amount of time before we were convinced and showed the trust in trying a free sample. The sample arrived and we had enough faith in the material and price. Thanks David!

David Santiago is very good, he took time to answer all my questions, he got me a great price on the materials, and he stuck with me throughout my project. He sent me tutorial videos, gave me great advice and truly earned my trust as a businessman. I would never even call anyone else if I ever do another flooring project, he took great care of me during my 950 sq ft flooring job. Material is beautiful, everyone who sees it loves it, my wife and I love it, and David is a huge reason for all of that. What a pleasant and easy experience I had dealing with David. I’m working on a flooring project where we ran out of flooring and I needed to buy 2 more boxes. I called David and within 15 minutes I had a quote in my email and he called to confirm they had stock. I would run back here to work with this guy, especially in this day and age where it’s near impossible to find good customer service!! Good job RFO!!
