Aaron was really helpful during my onboarding process introducing me to the brighthr software, he was calm and respectful and answered all my questions clearly. He took his time in taking me through every aspect of the software and really made sure I was satisfied.
I was very anxious during the telephone call today. After speaking with Samuel I was less anxious he is very professional and takes time to understand how he can assist you.
I have been with the service for about 3 or 4 years and generally found them helpful, although I rarely needed to reach out. The first time I called with a question about HR (two years ago), I was quite impressed by their assistance. However, my recent experience was quite different. The HR representative didn't seem to listen to my question properly, appeared disinterested, and seemed eager to end the call quickly. They seemed to force my query into a predefined email template rather than genuinely understanding my issue and providing tailored advice. Consequently, I received a follow-up email with information unrelated to my question. I might not have shared this feedback, but I just discovered that the call to a premium number cost me an additional £10 on top of my monthly fees, and it didn't even resolve my query. This level of service is quite disappointing.
Dione provided excellent guidance on navigating the features of the platform. More importantly, she recognized that, as a new user, I would likely have additional questions once I began using the system. She has already scheduled a follow-up in a week to ensure I'm maximizing its potential.
Initially, I felt dismissed by others when I sought assistance, even though I had all the necessary documents. However, I persevered and connected with a representative who took the time to verify my concerns and went the extra mile to assist me, not out of obligation but out of genuine care. They even followed up to ensure I received everything I needed. It was refreshing to interact with someone so compassionate.
I engaged a service to provide competent person services for Health and Safety supplier vetting. The sales representative assured me that I would be matched with an OSHCR registered or eligible consultant, so I signed up. Unfortunately, the consultant assigned to me was not OSHCR eligible, making the service unsuitable for my needs. However, my request to cancel due to the service not being appropriate was managed effectively by a member of the Customer Solutions team, who handled my case excellently and kept me informed throughout the process. While the service did not meet my expectations, the customer support I received was commendable.
