The system and its welcoming support team truly deserve recognition for their kindness. Still, there are a few areas that need improvement. One issue is that the calendar resets to the current month when toggling between customer and admin views. Additionally, it does not differentiate between two types of clients: regulars, who can book one-hour slots, and others, who are required to reserve at least four hours. After 4 PM, reaching out by phone can be inconsistent, which adds to the challenge.

I truly value the system and its team…

I truly value the system and the team behind it; they are remarkably friendly. Nonetheless, a few elements could be enhanced. For example, the calendar resets to the current month whenever switching between customer and admin views. Additionally, it does not distinguish between two customer categories: regulars who can book one-hour slots and others who must reserve a minimum of four hours. Contacting them can be unpredictable, particularly after 4 PM, when reaching them by phone becomes a challenge.

Transitioning to this system has been beneficial…

Transitioning to this system to manage bookings at our venue has been very beneficial. It offers features that our previous system lacked and much more. Functions like invoicing and repeat bookings save a lot of time and simplify payment tracking, all at a reasonable cost. We are excited about integrating it with a door locking system. I've also found the support to be excellent; they consistently respond the same or next working day.
