Overall, it's a decent recharge service that meets expectations, though, like many others, it's a bit pricey. The recharge for AzerCell (Azerbaijan) took significantly longer than the promised 5-10 minutes, stretching to about 90-120 minutes. In contrast, another service I tried completed the recharge in just 20-30 minutes at a similar cost. Local Azerbaijani services offer very low fees and process transactions almost instantly, but using foreign credit cards can be hit or miss. I would only resort to this service or the other one when absolutely necessary. On a positive note, I can confirm that this service is not fraudulent!
Such a great site very handy, I was out of town and used this to pay for my daughters plan, it was so easy I thought it was a scam( i was skeptical) site but when it worked I was like wow awesome, I ve been using this site ever since!! Highly recommend
