Worst Agent to deal with Bella EdwardsIf I could give them zero star | would, I put a review up and the agent Bella Edward's called me to ask me if I thought the review I put up with mean I get my e-ticket, baring in mind the process started in June and I still have no ticket. She is very rude and unprofessional and does not explain process to you, when you call her she says she will call back and never does. I have completely finished paying my ticket and yet I still have no e-ticket, plus she charged me extra aside the cost she had initially discussed with me. Still no ticket and she is now avoiding my calls. It had to take me ringing again to speak to the manager for me to get my ticket, thank you Mr Shaw.

Do Not Purchase Any Flight Tickets From this Travel Agent

I purchased tickets flight tickets from Bright travel services in November 2024 I was put on a payment plan to pay monthly a total of £1917. I completed my payment planning in April 2025 and was meant to travel on the 20th of July. However for months bride travel services told me when I completed my payment that their bank account for Barclays was under review and that I would receive my tickets before travelling on the 20th of July. It is now the 18th of July and I meant to travel with me and my family however I travel have failed to provide me with my tickets and I’ve blamed the bank for the situation and have not taken into account the cost and impact and stress that this has caused me and my family. We are now not able to travel with our children on a holiday that we had planned for months back in 2024 and have children that are now disappointed and upset and unhappy. I have family abroad that were expecting to see me I have made arrangements abroad to Stay in a hotel hire a vehicle for my travel book activities for my children whilst abroad all these arrangements have now lost all the money and I will never get this back when I booked all this well in advance bright travel have not even. Bothered to compensate me anyway I am trying to get a refund for my money up until now they tend to ignore my phone calls my emails. I am at a last call at the moment and have now got to take action further when this is had nothing to do with me I paid for my tickets in full and them as a travel agent have failed me and my family my advice to you out there is to not ever purchase any ticket from this company, they are not honest They have basically stole my money because they have not given me my refund and I don’t even know if I will get this money back in future I will learn from this to purchase my ticket direct with the airline and not go to a travel agent how do they have control over my life like this? How do they have control over my travel arrangements? Having no care no remorse whatsoever and on top of this when I’ve asked for my tickets to travel on the 20th of July they have asked me to pay an additional £2300. What does that mean? That means that they did not even book my tickets like they said they would because when checking with the airline, which is Qatar airline, they have said that the flight does not even exist. Please be careful. Do not use this company whatever you do.
