I was shopping several merchant account providers. Stuart came in and showed up BIG time. He was extremely knowledgeable, no fluff, explained everything in great detail and made my transition from my current provider to Brilliant POS & Clover a breeze. My equipment shipped out fast. Ordered on a Tuesday and I was unboxing on a Friday. My most liked feature is that Stuart will always be my contact person. If you've dealt with customer service reps then you know the value in this.
I'm just getting started, but speaking with Stuart has always been a pleasure. He's very knowledgeable, time flexible, and listens to concerns. Spoke with him today, he answered a question concerning the set up of inventory. We went through the different emails that I need to pay special attention to and complete. I'm glad he's my contact person.
The setup and use of the clover mini and flex was easy and convenient. Contacting company when you have a question is hassle free and get right back to you. I enjoy this POS system and am glad I made the choice to go with Brilliant POS and the Clover brand.
