Great experience renting from BRL. Always get a prompt response whenever I ask any questions, and give plenty of notice if they need to enter the property for any reason.Recently, I locked myself out of the house. Despite it being a Sunday, Andy still took the time to meet me at the office and lend me the spare keys to the property! Definitely the best agency I've rented from so far.

Andy has been our property manager for the last 4 years at a flat at Wapping Wharf. We only ever had a great experience with him, any issue we brought up was resolved quickly and efficiently. We’ve been looked after by Andy since we moved into our flat 1 year ago. I can safely say we have never had such good letting agents before. He’s been quick to respond to queries, always very respectful and helpful. We’re very luck to live in a brand new flat in a new development so luckily there have very rarely been issues but when our dryer broke, Andy sorted someone to fix it the next day and kept in comms with me until it was sorted. We really appreciate how good they are especially as I feel it’s rare to have professional and friendly letting agents these days!
