My property manager, Andy Peters, would respond quickly to inquiries/maintenance requests and was communicative when needing anything from me. He made living here very easy and I'd recommend this letting company to anyone looking for a new place!

This company is so helpful when you are searching for a home, and then is absolutely terrible once on contract. They leave items weeks to months unfixed and unfinished. The client is forced to do all follow-up individually with the contractors. It's curious what they are actually managing vs just accepting a paycheck from landlords. In addition their staff is rude and often unresponsive. This company is a scam.
