With a very personable manner, Charlie is knowledgeable, provides all the information I need, is willing to offer his professional opinion, and is easy to communicate with. Whatever issue arises, he lets me know in a timely manner, is willing to have a conversation about possible solutions and promptly acts on decisions made. Our property manager, Phebe, has been very helpful in assuring the smooth management of our property. She communicates clearly and nothing is too much trouble. We wanted a mostly "hands off" service for the property and Phebe has been great with that.
