Andy was an absolute gem of a property manager ! This was my partner and I’s first flat together, in a new city, and with me not having a job at the time of applying for the flat. The team were very accommodating, and I simply paid some advanced rent, and we managed to get the flat. We had a great time, thanks in part to how quick Andy was with repairs, answering questions, and helping us with our new adventure. One time we had a faulty latch on one of our cupboards, and he came across town to fix it by hand! Can’t thank him enough for all he’s done, and we both wish him all the best in the future. Ps, thanks to the wider team at BRL also, as any questions I had, I knew that I simply had to call reception and I’d get an answer within 5 mins. Bunch of legends !
