Your service is unacceptable, leaving me feeling anxious and intimidated. The financial amounts seem fabricated, and I have received no responses to my complaints. Communication channels are ineffective, and I feel completely disregarded in this situation.
My encounter with this enforcement company was a significant violation of legal protocols. I received no prior notice before my vehicle was clamped, and the enforcement actions taken were completely unjustified. I have made multiple requests for proof of service, but none has been provided. This experience has caused considerable distress.
The service I received was appalling. The representative was rude and unhelpful, especially when I inquired about recording the call. I chose a contact method that suited my needs, but was met with hostility and no follow-up. I am now escalating my complaint due to this unacceptable behavior.
After paying a charge, I received a fine for non-payment. Despite contacting the relevant authorities and providing proof of payment, they insisted I had overpaid a fraudulent company. My evidence was ignored, and I was left with escalating fines and unhelpful responses from their representatives.
This company employs threatening tactics to pressure individuals into payments they are already making. Despite my consistent payments over the years, they continue to escalate demands, causing undue stress and anxiety during an already challenging time.
Rude customer service...... don't work with you..... I am on benefits and they have taken all my money and left with nothing.......as I probably didn't have any items they wanted, when they sent bailiffs to remove goods. I said take what you want but like they said they can take everything and I will still owe more than what the debt was...... but they work on behalf of a fraudulent company.......who stated they will not pass my information to a third party....... now me and my children have to go without but this company has what they want. absolutely disgusting no compassion for a single dad with children.. probably because I am a male. Licenced bullies.......I can't wait for your time to come
