I ordered a radiator high-end 345 dollers came with no instructions I ended up missing work because my car was down because they listed drop in I'm thinking ok. Nope I had to order fittings for it. And it doesn't even mount in its to big, right drop in what a joke if you want overpriced crap that is listed for your vehicle but is not, order from jegs I never will, and I'm going to tell everyone that's into the car scene not too, unless they want a part that says it's for their car and it is not,

Order transmission lines from jags a week later I find out that does not even for my truck do not count on jags to get you rolling they sent me lines for a four-wheel drive bronco versus a two-wheel drive automatic 7.3 l IDI diesel F350 two-wheel drive what a pain in the butt now I got to buy something else I'm out 600 bucks instead of 300 until I get my 300 back from jegs which they probably won't get that right

Very disappointing order experience

Poor communication from the seller

I had some inquiries about my purchased product and sent an email, but received no response. After three more emails, I still got no reply. The communication is very poor, which is disappointing for this company. I hope my order arrives, but I will think twice before ordering here again.

They keep your core fee

They claim to take 30 to 45 days for returns. It's been months since I sent my core back, and I haven't received my core fee return. AVOID this service.

I felt completely cheated by this service

I ordered a table and only received the legs, being told I'd have to wait three months for the rest. I refused and asked for a refund. They returned only half of my payment, claiming the rest was for shipping. This service is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid them. Be cautious when dealing with online transactions nowadays.

Misleading inventory status

I ordered parts that were listed as in stock and ready to ship that same day. After a week with no tracking information, I contacted them and was informed that the parts wouldn't be available for another month. Why list them as in stock if they aren't even in the warehouse? Dishonest and untrustworthy service.

Extremely dissatisfied with their service

If I could, I would give them a zero. They never contacted me regarding my backordered item. When I called, I was misled about shipping dates. A week later, I was told it would ship that day, which was untrue. I strongly advise against ordering from them; you will regret it.
