Can someone from this seller please get in touch regarding my recent order that was missing? I've emailed multiple addresses and messaged on social media without any response. I chose this seller for their competitive prices, but my first order was incomplete, missing glue. After emailing about it, I received no reply, just a refund. I then placed a larger order, but the delivery was mishandled, and the driver said my order wasn’t on the van. I tried contacting the seller, but their phone line was unresponsive. I'm left without answers and have had to cancel my plans for installation. This situation is unacceptable, and I hope for a response soon.
I received the wall panels as expected, but I want to return them since the color doesn't match what was advertised. I've sent six emails to the seller and only received one response acknowledging that the image needs updating. There's no phone number available, and I feel stuck about what to do next.
I placed my order on November 13th and am still waiting for delivery. It was scheduled for two weeks post-order, but I couldn’t accept it then. I also wanted to order three longer panels and left a message, but no one has responded. The constant emails about sales are frustrating while I'm still waiting. The delivery charge is excessively high considering the delay. Very disappointing.
I deducted three stars due to poor delivery service and lack of communication. I paid for delivery but had to arrange for a friend to collect the order because my requests for weekend delivery were ignored multiple times. They attempted delivery at 6 AM on a weekday without notice. I declined it since I had already collected. The panels look nice, but I can't comment further until they are installed.
