Terrible customer service . I placed a huge order and there has been no communication since one fine afternoon I got a call saying the delivery driver is in the delivery location and want to leave everything outside , I dished there to see few boxes were left on the pavement and luckily I have the CCTV footages , only done the partial delivery and had missing items, I have been chasing since day 1 but no responds at all. Phone number doesn’t work , no reply to customer support emails. Facebook messages are getting replied , but apparently it’s a different team who deals with customer service. 0 stars . I recommended them to a lot of people , now I need to contact all of them and tell them how horrible the customer is.

We were told 10 days from point of order confirmation. Order came 3 days late. No communication from the company to tell us. No phone number so only email - which takes ages for a response. Panels delivered WRONG AND DAMAGED. Emailed again to let them know another 14 days until delivery of correct panels. No apology. No talk of compensation or a gesture of goodwill despite our request. No refund of delivery charge. Panel quality is poor. Will be taking this further to get some of my money back. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!

Communication ..... NONE... Change the delivery dates 5 times after assurance that it would be on that date... Got initial message saying would be delivered then told actually not in stock. Said would be delivered on 7th Feb and after taking a day to be at home called at 12pm to say that would not be coming. After chasing and chasing again and reached out to the person on their facebook who said that this was not thier job and that i must email the deliveries which would not come back to you. They said that it was deff being delivered 19th Feb by 11.11am, then said that they were coming on the 20th then the 21st, I have been waiting 6 weeks for this order. Your other reviews are shocking, I had to open a charge back on money as this appears to be a scam.

I’ve given this company ample time to resolve the issue, this has not happened.

I ordered three panels and after reading reviews I didn’t expect too much communication so I waited and the panels were delivered about 10 days later which was fine but all three panels have been dropped on the corner and they were all damaged.
The company agreed to either send out a replacement or offer me 10% which was about £8 so I chose to receive new panels.
Whilst I was waiting for the new panel to arrive, I discarded of the old ones as they were so big and in my way.
They then refused to send out new ones as they wanted to collect the old ones which I no longer had.
So now I am left out of pocket no panels and I am getting no reply.so very frustrating

Panels delivered within 10 days and appear to be what I ordered and good quality for price. I was worried after reading reviews. Communication is poor and I have had no response to two emails. The first delivery was cancelled mid afternoon however they did deliver late afternoon the following day.

I previously made a review with 3 * as my delivery was delayed twice. My wall panels arrived the next day and I am very pleased with them. Delivery was easy to follow the route with time updated every few minutes. Driver was helpful and unloaded the packages. The wall panels look of good quality. Thank you

15 days after placing an order I still have not received any shipping information. I have sent three emails to them asking when I can expect my order and they haven't responded to any of them. No contact telephone number on their website so now will have no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

Very poor/no communication. We placed an order over two weeks ago and never received delivery confirmation or any updates. After being left completely in the dark, we lost confidence and cancelled the order.

Given how the order has been handled so far, we are now hopeful that we will even receive a refund. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding this company unless communication and reliability improve.
