After reading numerous reviews, I can confidently say that some of them are quite misleading. I ordered dark grey wall panels twice from the service; the second order was due to a shortfall from the first. Both deliveries were prompt and without any damage, and the delivery personnel were very accommodating, helping me carry the panels up several flights of stairs. The tracking feature was useful, and shortly before arrival, I received a text from the driver informing me he was on his way, which I found to be excellent customer service. I have no complaints about this service and am very pleased, definitely recommending them to friends and family.
If I could rate lower, I would. They are complete frauds. Steer clear of them at all costs. What they promote is not what you receive. They deceive and refuse to issue refunds even after the item is returned. They disregard emails and block anyone who tries to communicate on their social media. Do not engage with this company.
Outstanding service! You can track your delivery to see the location of the items. The panels matched the description—excellent quality and craftsmanship. This was the best option I found, and the pricing was incredible compared to stores and other platforms.
I got the 5 panels I ordered, but they are all the wrong color. Additionally, the 5 tubes of adhesive I paid £25 for were not delivered. I've reached out several times via email and social media, but there's been no response. Thankfully, I used a credit card, so I should be able to secure a refund if I don't hear back.

The driver made an error by providing the wrong color panels, but fortunately, I was there to point it out since mine were still in the van. On the 18th of November, I placed an order for 9 packs of panels sized 2.4x2.4 in oak. I received a call last Tuesday informing me that the delivery scheduled for Wednesday would not occur due to the panels being out of stock, giving me only one day's notice. This is the second occurrence of such an issue, and despite being promised updates within 48 hours, I am still waiting nearly a week later. I would reconsider ordering from this company since there is no direct phone contact available to verify stock, leaving customers in uncertainty. Clearly, there is a lack of customer service and stock management.
This is just a preliminary review of an order I placed 8 days ago. If you think you can reach out to them, forget it. Their payment system seems to function well, but everything else is lacking. It's hard to believe that in 2025, phone lines can still be down. Maybe a telegraph pole fell, and an engineer is on vacation. Phone contact is impossible, and even more strangely, the voicemail is full, so you get cut off! Don't take my word for it; try it yourself. Emails take 3 to 4 days for a response, which makes me think they might have just one person handling all admin, orders, and customer support. I fear that if I encounter any issues, they won't be addressed promptly, if at all. A truly disappointing company—consider yourself warned.
It was difficult to get in touch with the delivery service. When the driver arrived, he was welcomed by my friend. I then went to the door to accept the delivery, and he made a comment about my weight compared to my friend. It could have been a joke, but I don’t know him well enough to take it lightly. I was fortunate he didn’t receive a strong reaction.

It's unfortunate, as the panels themselves are quite good.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. They took my payment, issued a false tracking number, and misled me about the delivery. My order never arrived, and all my emails went unanswered. There’s no contact number, only unresponsive email communication.
