Ordered a week ago, instant email confirmation of order (4 times actually) but nothing since - can’t track my order, no response to my emails from Customer Service - probably have to contact my credit card provider to request a refund. Sometimes when it’s too good to be true, it genuinely is too good to be true. Can’t even remotely think about recommending this company. Wish I’d looked on Trustpilot before buying.

Item arrived quickly, however THE WRONG items. Looks like a common theme no response back to emails, and their phone mailbox looks to be full since middle of last year! Will have to do a charge back as these panels are no use to us.

Frustrating experience with delayed order

I made my initial order in December, and it arrived promptly. However, I placed another order for more panels on January 14th and am still waiting for it. I've sent multiple emails without any replies, and I can't even reach anyone by phone.

Poor experience with the order process

I ordered panels on December 30 and have been reaching out to the company for days regarding my order but received no response. I had to involve my bank to recover my money. I strongly advise saving your time and money and looking elsewhere, as this company has proven to be unreliable.

Order arrived over a month ago with issues.

Order arrived over a month ago, but the color was not as shown, and I received wide slats instead of the narrow ones I expected. I emailed to request an exchange but received no response. I've sent multiple emails asking to return the items and get a refund, yet I've heard nothing back. The customer service is very disappointing!
