I am unhappy with my order but no one will reply to my emails to help sort it. I sent a few messages and got nothing, so I contacted them via Instagram. The social media team said they’d pass on my issue but still I’ve had no contact from the customer service team! Now I’m stuck with my order that I can’t return or fix!

The panels themselves are good but both the customer service and delivery are tragic. I've been completely ignored with emails, don't provide a number to call and the delivery notes were completely ignored. And the panels turned up about two weeks late.

If you're willing to endure patience and testing customer experience then the panels will arrive......eventually

I can only say how my experience has been ,and that is absolutely fantastic. Delivered on time tracked down to the ladt 5 mins .panels are more than worth the money remember, they are half the price of many. They have had some poor reviews but everyonr gets some. People sometimes expect tok much . Remember you get what you pay for if you want to spend £50 per panel do so but these are lovely. I got the Bronze and not seen any like them before easy to hang and cut no problem. Yes a couple of the edges were slightly damaged but you do have to cut them you know. I also added the finishing trims . Lovely Lovely Lovely. Thanks

Had panels delivered this morning and when I opened box there was a panel missing luckily the delivery driver was still there and took photos.He did explain the situation to someone on the phone and told me they would send 1 out but no delivery date so I have emailed company stating the stating order no D101018 and explained the situation and asked if they could give me a delivery date with no reply and there is no phone number.

Repeated failed deliveries and no stock. My order with British Homes Direct has been a terrible experience. Five delivery dates were scheduled and every one of them failed — twice marked “unsuccessful” even though no attempt was made, and others cancelled at the last minute. On the fifth date I was finally told the items had never been in stock and were never on any delivery van. I had to keep rearranging work to be home, and communication was almost non‑existent. Emails are rarely answered and when they were the information was often untrue, and there’s no phone number to speak to anyone. Over a month after ordering, still no delivery. They are taking orders they cannot fulfil. I would not recommend them.
