This company appears to engage in questionable practices. At the very least, they show a clear disregard for their own reputation, which indicates they likely don’t value yours either. After I ended my relationship with them due to an unsuccessful campaign, I was shocked to receive a bill for $6000.00 months later! I thoroughly reviewed my contract for any clauses that might allow this, but found none. I reached out multiple times, expecting them to rectify what I thought was a mistake, but no one ever responded. I am now addressing this issue with my bank. If they were truly legitimate, they would have contacted me to resolve the error. Given their lack of response and a similar review I encountered, it seems they may be involved in fraudulent activities. It's best to stay away—better yet, run! Unless you’re okay with having significant amounts of money taken from you without consent later on. Additionally, they lack a Google profile, making it impossible for anyone to leave reviews there for obvious reasons.

Poor communication and unprofessionalism

Initially, we were led to believe this team was serious and professional. During the kickoff call, they outlined expectations for a complete campaign and system setup. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered. Our clinic did not receive any promised leads until three weeks later, despite timely billing. The lack of communication and overall unprofessionalism was extremely disappointing. After failing to deliver, they did not provide a fair refund; their response was, 'That's how we operate.' Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with them.

Received false leads from social media

This company sent us fake leads from social media. They spent $100 a day on an account we couldn't access, and we received no reports or data. We were promised 20 leads monthly, but in two months, we only got 6, none of which had deposits as promised. When we called these leads, they were unaware of any appointments. Some even sounded unstable. They promised to work for free if they didn't deliver 20 leads in a month, yet they charged us a $2500 management fee in the second month. They continued to charge my card for $100 in ads despite our request to stop, then claimed we owed them money. The owner and my account manager vanished, and when I spoke to an overseas representative, they barely spoke English. I reported this company to the authorities, but I doubt it will help. I've lost nearly $10k due to this company for 6 unreliable leads and no support. Take my advice and stay far away.

I canceled before they began my campaign

I canceled prior to the start of my campaign and received a refund of the $6k. However, a month later, they withdrew the same amount again. I'm struggling to get my bank to refund me despite the fraudulent nature of the transaction. They also haven't responded to my messages at all. This company is a complete scam.
