This company is a rip off!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before purchase! These people have you sign up for their VIP and then take $35.00 of your money each month. I contacted them directly to tell them that I don't know why they are collecting this money for a one-time purchase and they claim that you sign up to be a part of a website to get free products. When I requested a refund, they claim that they can only give half of the funds back and when further pressing them, they said two months. I should have pressed even further, but I just want to be done with them.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. While auditing my account, I discovered I’ve been charged $34.71 monthly since July by Nymbus LLC due to a subscription I was unknowingly enrolled in after ordering a kit one time. I will be contacting my bank to address this.

If I could choose no stars I would…

If I could choose no stars I would have, scam artist & get away with it. I ordered 1 item then saw they had charged me 5 more seperate charges after the only 1 item I ordered and all 5 were for a lot more than the only 1 item I did order. Rang PayPal and reported this to be told they would file 5 cases and after reviewing the info would contact me. When they finally looked at it they closed the case in favour of the seller. This infuriated me and I contacted PayPal again explaining the whole situation and they opened my cases again then again closed the case in favour of the seller. The 1 and only item I did order I never recieved then days later the other 5 items that were charged separately 5 times all came in 1 parcel. The 5 illegal charges taken from my account just happened to come as 1 parcel. I believed it was very safe to use PayPal however they supported the seller that took 5 extra amounts without my consent or my ordering them. This company has done this to many people and should be shutdown and made accountable for ripping people off. Don’t order browcharm unless you want to be ripped off

Don't buy it. It's JUNK. I bought the blonde and it's literally orange. I tried returning for refund and they offer 30 % refund max and I keep the item. Like, why would I want to keep when it's ORANGE.? I can't do anything with that. I said no then they said I would have to pay for shipping and it has to be in original poly mailer it came to me in. Which I did not have. They are slow to respond and it was not made clear when purchasing that I would need to keep original polymailer and that I would have to pay for shipping. I do not know how to respond to their reply but I ended up getting 50% back but should have been able to return on any polymailer for a full refund.AND they SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR SHIPPING FOR RETURN. I'd post pics of the blonde being ORANGE if I could. Responding to their response; they did not give a full refund. They refunded $5 of the $15 I paid. They did not give a full refund . Their response is a lie.

I accidentally ordered two times

I accidentally ordered two times, I let the company know about. Instead of canceling the second order, they offered me to purchase more products for a discount fee.Be careful when you order for this company, they’re not honest in the Customer Service. Really bad.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! No clear info to state that you are entering into a subscription. I only found out when I checked my account. I have not received a email to say what products are being shipped out to me. I have been offered 50% refund but still have no idea what I have initially paid for.
