I am writing this review so that other travelers can make informed decisions, and also in the hope that the company will finally resolve our case.
My family and I booked a tour package in Egypt that included a Nile cruise, excursions, and activities. The experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and far below what was promised and paid for.
From the beginning, there were serious organizational problems. One member of our group was left waiting at the airport for about two hours because transportation was not properly coordinated, despite being told repeatedly that the driver was already there.
The most serious issue was the Nile cruise, which was sold to us as a 5-star product. The reality was completely different and honestly shocking:
• Rooms were not properly cleaned
• Hair was found in the beds
• Bathrooms were dirty
• Sewage water backed up into the room
• General hygiene and maintenance were unacceptable
These are not small details — these are basic health and safety standards. Under those conditions, it was impossible to stay on the boat, and we were forced to leave.
Another very uncomfortable situation occurred when the guide insisted on tips in an intimidating and unprofessional manner before we disembarked. This behavior was inappropriate and added even more frustration to an already difficult situation.
In addition, several excursions and services that were paid for were not used, and a hot air balloon tour was canceled by the provider. We have formally requested refunds and provided documentation and photos, but we are still waiting for a proper resolution.
I work in the tourism industry, so I understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, what is not acceptable is:
• Selling a product as 5 stars when it clearly is not
• Providing accommodations in poor sanitary conditions
• Failing to resolve refund requests in a timely and professional manner
At this point, I am still expecting the company to take responsibility and process the refunds owed. I truly hope this review helps bring attention to the situation and leads to a fair resolution.
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this company to other travelers.
Our guide truly enhanced our journey. We cycled from one city to another, and our guide and the driver were fantastic. We had such a great time, shared many laughs, and they genuinely made us feel like family. Both were quick to adjust to the unexpected weather, took us to wonderful local eateries, and revealed Vietnam to us in a way we would never have experienced on our own. I would highly recommend.
The Spanish-speaking tour guide provided more detailed information about the tours compared to the English-speaking guides. However, there was no organized seating arrangement, leading to a chaotic scramble for the best seats. Passengers rushed the bus before it came to a stop, resulting in arguments and pushing over preferred seating, and even seat disputes after a bathroom break.

I appreciate how easy it is to explore various destinations, compare itineraries, and communicate with tour operators. The interface is clean, the booking steps are clear, and the support team is always ready to assist. I found both my favorite providers through this platform, and both experiences were exceptional. Overall, I strongly recommend this service for its transparency, reliability, and extensive choices for confident trip planning.
I initially thought I was contacting the company directly since the email came from them. I believe it’s only fair for them to address the issue. The email should have originated from the review platform to prevent any misunderstanding.
It's unfortunate to have to write this review. The positive ratings influenced our decision to book an Amazon tour through this service. After paying in full for a 10-day package, we were informed of an additional payment due to high demand. Although we agreed to a modified option that reduced our itinerary, we later received a cancellation notice just weeks before travel, leaving us with non-refundable airline tickets. The service offered no help in resolving this issue, and we are now facing cancellation costs. We won't be booking again. Edit: The company has responded quickly, indicating they are looking into the matter further.
