I just received my order in Ireland, only 7 days after it was shipped, which is quicker than some local deliveries I've experienced—truly impressive! I ordered two live plants and some seeds; they arrived well-packaged and in great condition. The prices were quite fair, and I was thrilled to finally find Cuban oregano, which I've been searching for to cultivate here. Kudos for offering such unique items! I will certainly be placing another order.

Hi, I’m writing this review after noticing the negative reputation of the company on a review site. From my experience, the buying and receiving process was very smooth and quick. It took just about two weeks for my order to arrive at my home in Spain. Additionally, the parcel was very well packaged, and the envelope was sturdy enough to withstand the handling by mail couriers. Best regards from Spain!
This is the best service I’ve ever experienced; they respond quickly and genuinely care about their customers. My country’s courier damaged the first delivery, but the seller sent me a new package with all the contents at no charge. It was delivered late again due to my country’s courier, and some items didn’t survive, but the seller sent replacements. They reply to emails on the same day and resolve issues quickly. Absolutely wonderful customer service and a vast selection of plants available. I highly recommend purchasing from here, as other sellers I've tried didn't meet the same service standards.
Not a trustworthy company. I attempted to order seeds and ended up paying twice with my debit card. The payments were returned by the seller's bank. The seller blamed me in over ten emails. It wasted a lot of my time and caused frustration, resulting in no seeds. I recommend ordering from a more reputable company instead.
If you're in the States, don't hesitate to order from this site; the service and owner are very professional and truly care about their customers. I ordered two rare plants, and they arrived on the East Coast within ten days. The only issue is that customs or the post office may not notify you if you don't order enough for tracking, so be proactive with your order, or it might go missing or suffer in transit if you don't check your mail. I will continue to buy from this website as they offer rare live plants at unbeatable prices with a very professional staff.
I ordered two plants that arrived on 07/06/23. The plants were very small and weak, with very few leaves. One was meant as a gift, but due to its poor condition, it was unsuitable. For a plant that is generally easy to grow, they could have been much larger and healthier. Now, as of 10/06/23, the smaller plant has died. I have successfully grown this plant before, so I know it's not due to my care. At the very least, the seller should show pictures of the actual plants customers will receive, rather than larger and healthier ones. Given their past responses to dissatisfied customers, I don't expect a helpful reply to my concerns.
I ordered plants from the UK, but I accidentally entered my address incorrectly. The delivery was returned, and when I explained the situation, they sent me new plants without charging me extra. Excellent communication and customer service. The live plants were sent with great care.

Le regret que j'ai se sont les faux avis en Allemand ou en Anglais qui pénalisent mon site.
