Each time I have had to contact BRSK to resolve any issues I have regarding my internet and/or tv service I have always been able to resolve any issues no matter what it is thanks to the excellent customer support team at BRSK without exception,my latest fantastic customer support team member deserves 10 minutes of my time to leave yet another 5 star review is Aieshah Brink for going above and beyond to ensure my issue regarding my bill (my fault I must add and nothing BRSK did wrong) I am now back up and running with my services thanks to the absolutely amazing Aieshah Brink, thanks so so much

Sky cut me off today and I panicked

Sky cut me off today and I panicked, rang brsk to see if they could connect me sooner than the 1st December,to brsk... They went above and beyond helping to get an engineer out for today 3.30pm,guys turned up Liam M and Dan M, fab guys had a great chat with them, friendly helpful, not issues and all connected, fab service from the engineers and from call centre.

It was a really simple and straightforward installation experience. Dale was friendly, really knowledgeable and efficient. He left me with everything working perfectly and gave me some additional advice on how to get the most out of my new network. A really positive experience with BRSK.

My internet was giving us serious issues over the last few weeks. The first engineer appt was 5 days away. Had no choice but to wait. However Wayne the engineer bought the appointment forward and was super professional, knowledgeable, he took his time to identify the fault and fixed the issue. Really impressed with Wayne he is an asset to the service thanks
