Review Time
I logged an issue with brsk via e-mail regarding my internet connection yesterday afternoon (All my devices telling me that I was not connected to the internet although showing me that I was). Someone phoned in the evening but I missed the call. They then sent an e-mail to ask when I might be available to troubleshoot the problem. I replied, "Today after 1300". I received a call at 1430 and the operative talked me through the "reset" process on my router. The fact that I'm now able to type this review on my desktop shows that, "so far, so good".
