Internet went off

Internet went off. Rang at 0830 in the morning, tech came out by 10am very pleased with the prompt service. The tech guy that came was very polite, took his shoes off at the front door without me even asking and helped to move the sofa to get to the internet box.

We had issues with WiFi black spots in my house but the BRSK engineer Wayne came out and has installed boosters in different parts of the house. He was very friendly, knowledgable and did a thorough job. He stayed to ensure that it was all working well and we were getting the right speeds before he left our house
