Engineer came out after calling support for help with router issues wasn't able to fix the problem. The engineer Sam was polite, efficient and helpful. He replaced the problematic router and ran all the tests he needed and ensured us if there were anymore issues that he would pick up the job.
Iv been with Brsk for 18 months now and can’t fault them after moving from Sky who were terrible. The bill was the same each month and with the help of a great employee Randy Cronje, iv just signed for another 18 months fixed price. They were really quick and it was a smooth transaction and good comms. Glad to be staying with Brsk
Fast installation, within the hour, no hassle, fast Internet connection- the engineer, Sharafat Ali, made the switch from Vodafone (avoid) to Brsk so easy, we were just waiting for the fibre optics to be available in our area! Affordable and reliable.
Had my new broadband service installed today by brsk engineer Damion who was fabulous he installed everything so quick and did a very neat job and was very professional. I was really happy with the work carried out and this is the reason I gave a 5 star review. I would definitely recommend Brsk to everyone looking for a fast broadband service. The Internet speeds are very fast and would recommend the Betternet2000 for fastest speeds.
