Decent broadband but awful technical…

Decent broadband but awful technical support.Currently been having an issue with BRSK and a lack of an IPV4 address for a week now. Every time I contact them I am told somebody will be in touch within 24 hours, or if you reply to an email again it is off to the back of the queue and back in touch in another 24 hours.To top it off I’ve called them today and their second line support don't work weekends, this seems really poor for a major broadband provider.The number of review on here are also misleading, your installer asks/begs for a review on here, I felt for the guy so gave him one. Then the person on the phone asks for a review, so in my time I’ve been asked for 3 reviews off Brsk employees and that I name check them. I’m always more than happy to feedback on good service but that should be going to Brsk themselves, not using my feedback to artificially pump their truspilot score.I’d been pleased with my actual broadband until this recent issue so I must reflect that but the technical support has been beyond slow.Update, Hi Brsk, thank you for replying, I tried to add my details so someone could get back to me but the trust pilot form submitted before I populated the fields. If you can re request I will happily provide those. Thanks, Paul

Very agressive and unprofessional…

Very agressive and unprofessional salesmen. That aggressively try to swap you over without a consent or confirmation. Came to my house for sale of internet. Wasnt rude let him tell me what he wanted but he was persisted me to join even though i told him i only started my contract with another provide but he persisted with my concent to ask my provider for a swap even when i didnt ask just to see the leave fee. I was nicely saying no. Teach your staff to have professionalism. No means no. Move on to next no emotional make me telling me my providers ripping me off. I think you are trying too

Very quick and easy!

Managed to schedule an installation just a day after signing up to BRSK, had Lee L come to install it and did a fantastic job, very nice and friendly, very fast with no problems. Really happy with the service and the internet is running smoothly

Sublime.

The experience in this company has been sublime. From their sales package and customer service to then the professionalism, politeness and efficiency of the engineer Liam M was really superb. Would 100% recommend this company to my friends and family. The broadband is rapid and much stronger than any other company I've had through openreach. 10/10 all round.

Great Experience - Thanks to Marc!

We had a visit today from Marc O’Keefe after having a few issues with connection in our home. Having had a few guys out due to this, he has hands down been one of the best with helping us with this issue. He explained everything, walking around the house and ensuring we understood the connection / dead spots in the house. The customer service can take a while due to back and forth emails, but once an engineer is out, it’s great. Marc was brilliant, highly recommend :)
