I was amazed at how attentive they were. I purchased software over the weekend, in fact a holiday weekend. I ran into some trouble so I sent out an email and was expecting a reply in the following weekday. To my surprise they responded that very day! Not just a mere form email they had actual people investigating this and gave me a concrete answer that fixed my problem! It goes without saying their prices are amazing but it’s great to know that their customer service is even better!

I recently faced a significant challenge when my computer crashed, necessitating the rebuild and reinstallation of nearly all my software. I reached out to the company for a 2021 MS Visio key linked to previous purchases. After the rebuild, I believed I had verified all the software functionalities, especially for the 2021 MS Visio. Unfortunately, I later found that the software wasn't operational. Each attempt to open it led to the 'Microsoft Office Activation Wizard' prompt, and I couldn't activate it over the phone. To address this, I contacted the company and was assisted by a representative who promptly took charge of the situation and provided a new MS Visio key in under 12 hours. The crash was incredibly distressing, but thanks to the outstanding support from the representative, the software rebuild and reinstallation process became straightforward. I am immensely grateful for the swift issuance of the MS Visio key. I can confidently say that my 2021 MS Visio software is now fully functional. I truly appreciate the assistance I received. It exemplifies exceptional customer support! As a Network Engineer and Systems Administrator, I often see that clients may not grasp the complexities involved in data restoration and network access recovery. While customer feedback can be sparse, I find satisfaction in efficiently resolving issues. That said, the representative and the support team are remarkable!
