Internet in particular is a problem. We had great service for about 2 months and now it turns off constantly. Just on its own stops working no particular reason. Requires multiple reboots of the router per day. Service was also advertised at $35 a month, I'm paying closer to 75.
T mobile sucks bad. Hardly any internet available. Hard to get wifi to work & tonight I went there to get my Tuesday perk and they said they don't get them anymore lmao they're only at the corporate office we can hardly get perks to work in OHIO ! ITS FRAUD !!
On December 30, 2025, my family and I visited a T-Mobile retail store for routine assistance with a device purchased at the same location. Instead of providing basic service, the staff accused us of lying and refused to perform even a simple account or device check.
When we began recording the interaction for our own protection, service was abruptly denied. The store manager insisted on communicating only in English, despite the presence of Russian-speaking employees who had been actively participating in the conversation moments earlier. The situation escalated further when store employees mentioned contacting law enforcement and specifically ICE, which was entirely inappropriate and offensive.
We were ultimately denied service and forced to leave.
What followed was even more troubling. A corporate T-Mobile representative later claimed that an “internal investigation” had been conducted and attempted to close the matter with a small financial credit. However, instead of actually resolving the issue, the company continued billing us after the account had already been canceled, adding late fees and interest that inflated the balance to nearly four times the original amount.
In other words, while T-Mobile claimed to have investigated and “resolved” the issue, their own billing system directly contradicted those claims. This strongly suggests that no meaningful investigation took place. Even more concerning, in the final written response, the company attempted to shift blame onto me rather than address the documented misconduct.
This experience demonstrates a pattern of dismissive customer treatment, misleading corporate responses, and billing practices that continue even after service termination. Anyone dealing with this company should carefully document every interaction.
The service is deceptive, often telling customers what they want to hear. Promises are made, and representatives use false names while failing to comprehend your concerns. They assure refunds through electronic checks with a reference number, only to later claim the request was denied. The policy regarding buyer's remorse and the 14-day return window feels like a scam. Consider choosing other providers instead. The quality of support has noticeably declined, with calls often being answered by individuals using fake names. There are serious concerns about the integrity of the products being sold.
The service was very disappointing. It appears that each representative provides inconsistent information, leading to confusion. Based on my experience, I would give this a poor rating. The physical locations do not address problems effectively; they operate more like a delivery service.
The costs are excessively high for services I don't actually need. I attempted to switch providers, thinking I could do so before my billing cycle, but still ended up paying for the next month. Canceling the service and settling my final bill was nearly impossible. I made several calls to the support team, including one this evening, only to discover that I need to visit in person to make a payment if I don’t want to use a debit card. I cannot recommend this service; it’s far too expensive for unnecessary offerings.
If I could give no stars, I would! I switched two phones from one provider to this one, lured by a plan that turned out to be misleading. They promised up to $800 for my old devices, but now I’m out $600 with poor service. I strongly advise steering clear of this company. I’d rather return to my previous provider, even if it costs me more. I’m extremely frustrated!
I've faced numerous issues with service interruptions and they refuse to adjust my bill. After several days without service, I reached out to customer support, only to find them reading from a script. If you need to speak to someone, there's an added fee. I was charged excessively this month, and they blame the government for it. After multiple requests to speak to a supervisor, I was denied. Please avoid this service at all costs.
I purchased a phone from a retailer with the understanding that it would be $35 for new customers plus a connection fee. However, my bill increased by $10 each month, and I eventually stopped payment when it reached $160. I found out the promotion was a scam, and the representative misled me. I will be seeking legal guidance as this has impacted my business significantly. I recommend exploring other providers instead.
