When we requested the source code we had paid for, it has not been delivered for over four months. They initially offered services at a low rate to win us over but then failed to deliver. They were polite at first but later ignored us, citing other projects, showing no respect for timelines or providing a one-time solution. How can you hand over source code without the database?

I want to warn others to avoid trusting them to save your hard-earned money.
