Your bsnl 4g network is worse I thought always has not loading everywhere whenever I am in emergency this network is not usage at all. All I pay gor data for this only that network does not load . This is worse I thought. Do something about this network otherwise I have to complaint personally. Upgrade or whatever u want to but make the network available in every area or in home also.
The BSNL Customer Care is the most pathetic service. The associates at the customer care call centre are highly unprofessional and speak in a very rude manner. It’s more like I don’t Care Customer Service and they should do away with it. It doesn’t provide any real service.
The worst service providers! The response from the staff takes ages!
I've been trying to install wifi in the house for more than 15 days now !

Since 1st December 2025, my BSNL SIM has been showing No Service, and I haven’t been able to get a duplicate SIM. Their new SIM activation server has also not been working since the same date. Because of this, I haven’t been able to make any calls or access the internet. It’s extremely disappointing,
In our area of West Bengal pin 722143 ,we are used huges count of BSNL mobile users but there always very bad internet network provides.other side BSNL ads announcement very Big Big as 2/3 GB per day in minimum price, that's bsnl joke:;:
BSNL if not is the worst network service you can ever have. Most of the time , you are unable to use the data service due to limited connectivity and lesser towers plus sometimes you cannot use any service ( calls , data , etc. ) at all. And the customer care is the worst , they do not listen to the complaints and it just gets worser. Never use BSNL , I said never !
We have transferred our MTNL LINE TO BSNL dur to take over and got the past six months the phone only has a dial tone with no services to make it receive calls. The connection migration was done by Rajan Cable Services wherein after running after them for so many days the wiring and the router hot fixed. While my number still shows NOT MIGRATED UNDER BSNL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BILLS ARE RAISED BY BSNL. It's been calls after calls and speaking to so many staff at Rajan Cables, MTNL right upto th the DGM AND GM with no response or resolution yet as on day. What poor services and company wants to stay alive HOW AND WHY.
