I placed an order for a camera on the 19th of October, and despite numerous emails, it still hadn't arrived by the 25th of November. I decided to cancel my order, and now, on the 24th of December, I'm still waiting for my refund. I strongly advise against using this service.
The lens price seemed too good to be true, and sadly, it was. After ordering and paying, it became clear the service couldn't fulfill the order, leading to various excuses and a 'cashback' offer if I waited. I canceled and requested a refund, which was promised but never received after weeks. When communication stopped, I contacted my bank for a chargeback, which they handled swiftly. Overall, their behavior was questionable and felt misleading. I wouldn’t be surprised if this service has several business flaws.

STAY AWAY!!! I placed my order for £383 on November 10th. I kept being told that it would be dispatched. Then I was offered a 2% discount to wait another week. Eventually, I was informed that the order couldn't be fulfilled, and a refund would be processed. Now it's December 18th, and I still haven't received my money back!
Caution with this service. I ordered a lens on October 27, 2025, and after a month of waiting, I've received nothing. They keep promising delivery dates weekly, but nothing arrives. I decided to cancel on November 26, 2025, and my refund has been pending for over two weeks now, with no updates. I don't understand how they manage their business like this. Be careful if you want to avoid frustration.
I ordered a converter at the end of October. Like others, I faced empty promises. I'm still waiting for a refund that was supposed to take 7-10 days to process; it's now three weeks, and I still haven't received it. This service seems to be struggling. Avoid making purchases here.

I was assured that my refund was in progress. Eight days later, I was still being told it would take 'a few more days.' The service collects orders and holds funds in an interest-bearing account. It's been a frustrating experience.
I would give them five stars for efficiently taking your money. However, don't trust their delivery dates. I've had four promised delivery dates, and they missed every one. The last email stated they are halting deliveries until next month.
