Review Time
My flight got canceled with due to airport shut down, tryed contact this company through email no response, In chat, i waited more then 6 hours on line no response, no phone nomber to contect. Never will recommend to other. was very disappointed with this company, dont even deserve one star. Might have to get consult with lawyer.
When the ticket rates were low, I filled booking form online and went for payment - but even after trying 4 to 5 times, the payment was rejected. I restarted the booking process and found rates had gone up by nearly INR 1000/- for 2 tickets. I still again filled the booking form with increased rates. But again after trying 4 times, payment did not go through. I closed the booking site and tried after 30+ minutes. Again rates went up by another INR 1500/- for 2 tickets. This time payment went through on 2nd attempt. I did not like this mode since I wasted nearly 2 hours+ for booking and paying successfully. This does not augur well for a reputed company like yours. Please rectify these shortcomings henceforth.
Cheapest of the lot out there…. By a good margin…. Was sceptical while booking and taken back when they said they will send the e-tickets within 92hrs… thought for a min it’s done but received it within 48hrs… glad, no issues faced…. But i heard they have poor customer service in regards to cancellation and rebooking and stuff… so far so good
Worst Experience.They Charge Insurance but not provided any insurance policy also not refund amount of insurance.They charge ticket Insurance if airlines bankruptcy in tha name of ticket service which is misleading to customer when they booked online.I ask for insurance company name and insurance policy but they not provided any information about it.I also want to know how much amount you paid if airlines bankrupts then the didn't give any proper answer.
I experienced deceptive practices! I selected business class on the initial page but received an economy class ticket. They charged me a service fee for cancellation and are taking 10 days to process my refund. It's absolutely ridiculous.
Firstly, it took 24 hours to receive the return e-ticket, while other agents usually send them instantly. Additionally, I received a message today stating my luggage booking failed due to technical issues. If this is a common occurrence, they should not accept such bookings. Please refund my luggage booking immediately, not in 8-10 days, so I can pay the airline directly. Extremely disappointed with the service.
