I had a very disappointing experience on my recent flight from Madina to Dubai. I requested water from one of the crew members, who relayed the message to another staff member in front of me. That crew member informed me it was chargeable, and I made it clear that I was willing to pay for it. However, after waiting around 45 minutes, no one brought me the water. Eventually, I had to approach a male crew member, who finally provided the water only after I mentioned needing it for my medication. The two female crew members involved demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy. As a doctor, I was alarmed — if this is how a simple request is handled, what would happen during a medical emergency mid-flight? Such negligence could lead to serious consequences. For an airline that serves such an esteemed route, this behavior is unacceptable and very disappointing. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to ensure that their staff is properly trained to prioritize passenger care and basic humanity.
Official Complaint About Booking Date Mistake and Lack of Support
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a significant issue I encountered during my flight booking and the inadequate assistance from the staff.
I reserved my flight online for 7/1/2026, and I have clear evidence from the booking platform confirming this date. However, upon arriving at the airport, I was told that my ticket was dated 6/1/2026, which is incorrect.
Even after showing valid proof of my online booking indicating the correct date (7/1/2026), the airport personnel refused to recognize the mistake or help me resolve the situation. They stood firm in their stance without providing any solutions or escalation options.
As a consequence of this error:
I was treated as if I had missed my flight
I had to buy a new ticket at my own cost
I arrived late at my destination
I encountered a significant crisis at my workplace due to the delay
Moreover, the customer service at the airport was unhelpful. I was repeatedly advised to call a customer service number, and I spent the whole day attempting to reach someone for help. Unfortunately, no one was able to assist in resolving the issue, neither at the airport nor through customer support.
I later submitted an official complaint seeking a refund for the additional ticket and compensation, as the problem was clearly due to a system or booking error. However, my request was denied without a proper investigation, despite the evidence I provided.
Online Check-in is utterly frustrating! Both the website and the application are malfunctioning, making it impossible to complete the online check-in. This experience mirrors what many others have reported. When you attempt to reach the support team by phone, no matter what option you select, it just loops into an advertisement without ever connecting you to an actual representative. STAY AWAY!
I strongly advise against traveling with this airline. They took my backpack, and I can't retrieve it. The staff is completely unhelpful and incredibly rude; they show no respect when you try to explain your situation to their representatives.

I took a flight from Riyadh to Calicut on the night of December 13 and was very disappointed with a male flight attendant whose behavior was rude and unacceptable. Despite having a cabin bag that met the specified dimensions, I was asked to store my bag under the front seat due to a lack of space in the overhead compartment, which I felt I had paid for. They even reserved space for another passenger who had not yet boarded. When I inquired about this, instead of responding politely, he threatened to remove my bag in a very rude way, compromising my legroom and making the journey uncomfortable. Additionally, many passengers did not follow the cabin baggage rules, and my window seat was taken by someone else, which I chose to overlook. Overall, I am unhappy with my experience and hope the airline takes action to train their crew to handle passengers more professionally.
