This is Stephen Scutt, and I to my writing you and asking you to CANCELL my auto charge , and refund the last two 12.86 charges to my Discover card. I did NOT sign up for this! Card ending in 4043. My number is 801-875-1801. Please respond to this.
I've been using a variety of bugmd products for a couple of years now and I'm really happy with them. From pet odor to insect control, the products have all met my expectations and I have reordered as needed. And I love that the products are all natural. The pricing is consumer-friendly. The products are sold online and at a couple of stores local to me.
Ordering the catch defense traps & wow they work amazing! From catching rodents to spiders to moths. They are super sticky! So easy to set up, and easy to fold. You can set them up anywhere they fit and done ready to catch anything that comes across the trap, even caught my cat 😅 they came in perfect condition and ready to use and go.
I purchased ten bottles of bug spray. Beware! During checkout their system defaults to adding a “membership” charge to your final costs. Additionaly, it signs you up for “monthly” 10.00 a month charges automatically taken from your payment method. I try really hard to catch these sneaky companies who automatically enroll you in a membership. I had never run into this ploy to auto default during order completion as all my other experiences had allowed that the “manipulation” was in the “terms & conditions”. I did read this and found no verbiage of a required membership.I missed the “auto membership default” and made my purchas on 10-14-25. I became aware of this unwanted “auto default membership enrollment on 10-21-25 when unexpected charges hit my account. Additionally this information provided that there would be ANOTHER unwantef charge processed on 10-28-25.SO, rather than an unexpected monthly 10.00 membership fee, itc actually a 10.00 fee every two weeks!!!I was being charged for membership and had not received my product!!!I called bug md. They did cancel my unwanted membership, they would NOT refund ANY unwanted membership fees already paid (thats wrong!). They told me about the “auto default membershio” enrollment, as an “effort” (yea right??) to save their customers purchase $????? Thats a lot of manipulation and trickery!!! It cost me an adfitional 30.00 dollars in about two weeks… much more than i would save in initial purchase. Regardless of the unknown quality of their product, i will NEVER use them again. ANY company / person(s) that practices tricky auto manipulations does not deserve ( my opinion) to be trusted and remain in business to continue to auto default cheat their customers!However, i did learn another ploy to cheat us if which i will br more aware of in the future.So to all, BEWARE of this deceitful practice and choose wisely so you dont get inadvertenly enrolled in a costly (to customer) membership which is free money for bugmd.After all this i am skeptical about the quality of their product!! (If i ever receive it?) If you manipulate about one thing, you will manipulate about everything.. its WHO they are, im sorry to state. Good Luck!
This company falsely advertises their product. They claim the product is made from citrolla, corn mint, and linseed oils, but the packaging does not list a single one of thise ingredients. Instead, it conatins peppermint, clove lemongrass, and rosemary oils. Note: it also leads the consumer to believe it is made in the USA and in fact it comes from China.
I recently discovered BugMD and have really been impressed! My daughter absolutely loves the Squito Stickers! She thinks the pictures are super cute and we've noticed a significant reduction in bug bites when outdoors too. We have been recommending them to everyone!
I found that direct spraying on flies worked great, direct on spiders and yellow jackets took a bit longer to work. Not any luck on stink bugs.However upon research, their first active ingredient is Clove Oil and that is violent to cats. Their sign says Pet & Family safe & do not spray on pets or people. I wrote and suggested a special note be put on their products warning against exposure. I believe exposure is bad be it wet or dry to a cat. I did not get any response back.
