THEY ARE A SCAM. If you see the reviews on Trustpilot every single good review is an invented person. They are NOT real. Check how many other reviews they have written. Only 1. However the real persons calling Movistar Prosegur cheaters and scams have clearly written other reviews. They scammed me from the beginning. Never placed the placard nor did they bring any security person to custody my keys which is all included in my contract and the amount I paid. The cameras don't detect any intruders if you use partial mode for pets. The cameras were placed at the wrong distance from the floor and the wrong angle. Not a single day in 2 months could I activate the alarm and feel protected. Noone came to help even though they knew about my problem. They destroyed my walls by making the holes really huge for an alarm the size of a phone and then made a mess of the wall in my other room which will never be the same again as there are no colors like I had used in the past. They are cheaters and liars and you should choose another option and not deal with them
I am only dealing with this company since September & cannot get to speak to anyone on the phone. Customer service didn't really answer my query about previous house owner's name still in emails to me & they have emailed 3 times looking for payment of an invoice that has been paid. I've sent proof of payment & I'm still getting emails & no one replies to me. I've asked for an English speaker to call me or email me to discuss but no one has contacted me. I need a technician to call out to the house in January but I need to speak to someone to arrange this. I will change the rating if the service improves or someone sorts out the issues I'm having but my experience so far has been quite stressful & disappointing.
