I Bought the Pro version For 97$ and did not get the free ads as stated nor the free domain also there is no customer service and no way to contact them just did not get what i payed for

Transperancy of what you get when you sign up isn't very clear and I ended up paying for the paid version with the expectation of 10 ready to go products but was only given 1.However, their support is good and when I spoke to them about my experience, they were very willing to refund me.
This company offers a "pro version" for 97$ , i paid for the pro version and got NOTHING the pro version offers. The pro version has promises of more templates , ads , products ect... After you have paid you continue with the free version. The site is useless as there is no support button , no way to see your plan , nothing just login and continue with your free version that you paid 97$ for.
