It's a new platform though I had a great experience so far' you can always ask their customer support and very reachable. They always reach you out and check if everything is working fine not like the other firm you don't know where to speak to . So far I like their system and they have good offer
I had an issue with my crypto payment at first. It showed as successful on my end, but I didn’t receive an account, so I initially thought it was a scam. After checking again, I realized the payment didn’t actually go through, so the mistake was on my side.What I really liked was BullTador’s customer support. They responded quickly and clearly explained what happened. It was real human support, not bots, which is rare with prop firms.For a new prop firm, they’re doing a great job. 👍
