We experienced delays in the order fulfillment process. Completely understandable that these things happen sometimes, but when it came to getting the order back on track, I had to call several times after the team didn’t call back. Eventually I was sent to the supplier to sort it myself, and I’m not sure your team member felt empowered to own and drive the resolution.
