Avoid - Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I wanted to complete a return and exchange. They provided a label to print instead of a QR code, requiring a printer. The post office wouldn't accept the return because the label isn't for home shopping returns! I contacted customer service and received AI-generated email responses, still waiting to resolve my return a week later. There's no communication and no phone contact details. A disappointing experience.

I had a great first experience. I purchased shoes for my wife, which are typically not on sale during Black Friday. I encountered an error while inputting a new customer code.
