Terrible online customer support - needed to redirect my delivery (my mistake due to an address issue) but received no response until it was too late. They mentioned I would have options with the postal service, but according to them, this was not feasible.
I’m truly impressed with their customer care!!!! My kids love their drink bottles, and I had an issue with a missing part. The support team was fantastic, responding multiple times and sending me what I needed. I did not expect such care and must commend them for their time and kindness! Definitely a strong selling point if they maintain this level of service ❤️
