The dress I received was completely different from the advertised photos. The material was cheap, the cut was not as described, and the overall quality was very poor. I contacted the seller immediately regarding a refund and return, provided photos, and followed up multiple times. Since then, I have received no response at all. This experience was misleading and left me financially out of pocket. I would strongly warn others to be very cautious when ordering from this business. Additionally, despite appearances, this is not an Australian company; they claim to be located in the Netherlands. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered four pairs of swimwear, and two of the one-piece suits were completely different from the pictures. They arrived three weeks late, and the wrong items were sent. I ordered a romper suit and one-piece, but they sent me the romper suits along with one swimwear bra. They included other items without consulting me. If they don't have the items, they should ask customers to choose alternatives instead of changing orders without permission. It has been frustrating trying to communicate with them. They don't respond to emails, and weeks later, there was no apology for the wrong order. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and insist that I pay for shipping if I want to exchange items, as well as cover return shipping fees for their errors. They claim they can only refund 10% of the total amount but never follow through. They have blocked me. This company is unreliable; I would advise against buying from them. Their products are of very low quality, and their customer service is the worst. They don't even deserve one star.

I bought waterproof leather boots based on their description, which claimed they were leather with a lace-up system. Neither claim was true. The boots arrived made entirely of synthetic rubber with a zip closure. Customer service insisted I return them to China for a refund or accept a 20% refund and keep the boots. When I mentioned they were violating Australian Consumer Law, they were indifferent and still have misleading information on their site. This is clearly fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am currently pursuing other options with my bank to get my money back.
Avoid dealing with this company. They make returning unsuitable items extremely difficult. They provided me with three different addresses to choose from. I’m determined to pursue this, and if they continue this way, I will escalate the issue. Also, now my emails asking for the correct address are bouncing back. The moral of the story is to steer clear of them. I will seek advice regarding this matter.

Do not engage with this company if you expect to exchange goods. I ordered shoes in size 40, but they were too small and I wanted to exchange for a larger size. There was no return voucher provided, and the return address is in China, which incurs very high postage costs. I am not happy.
