I needed a ticket urgently as I had missed the first leg of the original trip which was booked through another agency who turned out to be rather in empathetic inthe situation where I was stuck in London Heathrow. Contacted Business Flight Stop in panic ( Hadn't used this company previously) having come across them on the internet, and they sorted out a new ticket and the return in no time. I head to terminal without a ticket, but with full assurance that it will be sorted by the time I get to the checkin gates. And that was absolutely the case. what a relief.
