Isabel was great as usual always on to the point we started off a little bit sketchy cause we had some technical problems but we got that fixed and I know that it's not gonna be like this every time but up until now Isabel has always find a solution for every problem or should I say situation that I've had I'm glad that I have Isabel on my side
I was missing some of the promised materials that were advertised when I received my training. PAUL went above and beyond, answering my EVERY email, answering my call (since I followed up with a phone call), and then delivered on the promise. It burns me up when promises aren't delivered - but this time, everything that was promised came through! WHAT is as important as HOW when you're in the learning curve! Missing pieces may equal missing sales!
Rex was wonderful & so helpful to talk to. He got me up & running right away with my billing & access to my training modules. Definitely very kind & patient! So grateful to connect with all the great support I have encountered so far with BLB. Thank You!
The application apparently was disconnected by web designer that I hired while connecting to my personalized domain name. She was able to immediately observe and identify and corrected the issue while I was on the phone. Smooth process. She was very personable and professional.
