Great presentation

Great presentation. However, I felt that too many issues were combined leaving me a little confused as the correct way to screen "start ups" and "credit repair" type of clients. Perhaps todays lesson will simplify this task. All else was good info for helping good prospects that have the big three: Time in business, evidence of consistent net balances (AKA cash flow) and credit worthiness/history.
