Emily's BLB Onboarding Zoom call

I enjoyed the Business Lending Blueprint onboarding Zoom call with Emily. Her presentation was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and her energy was very good. Emily addressed all my questions and concerns thoroughly, which left me feeling reassured and confident. I was surprised and pleased when she informed us that not only do we have access to the online training course, BLB Facebook group, and weekly coaching calls, but we can also reach out to her and the support team for additional help if needed.

The access to the help desk is great!

The access to the help desk is great. System works- schedule a call and you will get a call at appointed time. They are very knowledgeable in their product and back office systems.In my case it was set up back office , like a one time thing and the help desk took over and did the work, since they are more familiar with the procedure.
