Beware of this company's withdrawal practices

I came here from a gaming website that owns several similar platforms. At the bottom of their site, they boast a high rating on a review platform, but they only link to another site. To understand the reality of this company, just search for it. It's suspicious that they don’t link to their own review page! Until recently, I was a customer of the mentioned sites and I'm here to caution you about them and their parent company. Currently, I have a pending withdrawal of £7500. Over 48 hours, I was allowed to make numerous deposits totaling £2000 without any verification or identification checks, aside from a generic safer gambling email from both sites, which clearly function under one system. After winning, I withdrew late afternoon. The next morning, when withdrawals are processed, I suddenly received demands for verification, which is a violation of regulations that require identification before withdrawals. I was asked for various documents including a driving license or passport, a selfie holding ID, and proof of address. They also requested a picture of my deposit card, which I couldn’t fulfill as I use a virtual card. Instead, they demanded a bank statement showing transactions with that card. I provided everything, albeit reluctantly, because it’s outrageous how these companies misuse identification checks to delay withdrawals. I was assured that once submitted, I would be verified and my payment processed, but it didn’t happen. I received no updates throughout the day, only to be informed later that processing was taking longer than anticipated. Upon researching the parent company, it’s clear that this is a common issue with their platforms, often avoiding payouts when they can. They’ve given no valid reasons for the delay, only claiming legal obligations, which is false as they should have requested verification before the withdrawal. Despite asking multiple times, they haven’t clarified the situation. It feels like they are stalling and looking for ways to delay the withdrawal further. While customer support may seem friendly based on reviews, that doesn’t matter if you risk being scammed, which is what this feels like. With 15 years of online gaming experience, I’ve never encountered anything like this, even with more reputable sites. Imagine finally having a significant win after a tough period, only to face this situation. I’m now considering legal action, filing a complaint with relevant authorities, and exploring every aspect of this dubious operation. I won’t stop until I uncover the truth.
