I am disappointed with my experience at Buy to Fix. The pump I purchased does not work for my bubble house, and returning it is expensive. As a customer, I expected a working product or reasonable return options. This situation has cost me extra money and time.

Although the delivery took longer than advertised, it wasn't a problem for me since I was fixing backup phones and wasn't in a hurry. It took about a month during the Christmas season, but I was still pleased with the turnaround time. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with both the product and the service.
I ordered a SIM tray for my tablet and waited over a week for it to arrive, only to find it didn't fit. Contacting customer service, they expect me to return it to China, which costs more than the product itself. This seller is a joke! I won't purchase from them again.
