To say I’m not happy with this company is a major understatement.

The app didn’t really work in the service itself was not good.

I woke up every day to multiple emails in my inbox from these people trying to upsell me and send me helpful article articles that I didn’t find helpful at all.

So tonight, I decided to cancel. Only they literally would not let me cancel through the portal that they set up to cancel.

Everything is deliberately convoluted, and there is too much friction to cancel normally.

Example, I thought that I was going to be able to successfully cancel through their website, but then the only option they gave me was to call them by phone to cancel. Yeah, right!

So I clicked that button and it gave me an error and said that this option is not available. Yeah right! Retention tactics anyone?!

I finally sent them an email to their email address…

This is just a warning, don’t charge me after this.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

My husband and I transferred our number into their system only to find out it was merely a forwarding service. Upon realizing this, I promptly asked for our number to be ported back. The representative I talked to advised that I shouldn't cancel our account until the number was ported out, or I risked losing it. We've made three payments to this company, and I sought a refund for the last payment processed three days ago, but they declined my request. I strongly advise against using this service. They have taken our money without providing any service, as we never used it even once while waiting for the number to be ported out.

My partner and I transferred our number to this platform only to find out it was merely a forwarding service. Upon realizing this, I immediately requested to revert our number back. The representative I spoke with assured me I didn't need to cancel my account until the number was ported back, or I risked losing it. We've made three payments to this service. I asked for a refund for the most recent payment made just three days ago, but they denied my request. AVOID this service; they have taken our money without providing any service.

Steer Clear of This Service

Steer clear of this service. They renew your account automatically without any prior notice. You must cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date, which is crucial for small businesses. I called to discuss a partial refund for downgrading my subscription (which I believe was already at the lowest level), but I wasn't informed that declining the offer would void it. When I declined, hoping for a full refund, my request was rejected, and the partial refund was no longer an option. Initially, we paid $318, but the renewal charge inexplicably rose to $411. There are plenty of alternatives available, so consider another provider.

Good Calling Features, Frustrating Texting

I appreciate the outbound calling and phone system, but I've struggled with the texting features, and the validation process for sending texts is quite frustrating.

Very Poor Service Experience

This has been a very disappointing service experience. Communication is inconsistent, and the service quality is unacceptable. Practices like this should not be allowed under FCC standards. Overall, a deeply unsatisfactory experience.

This service is significantly more affordable than others for my small business, and their tech support team is quite knowledgeable. The interface is user-friendly and still offers advanced settings.

Terrible Experience!

Terrible experience! The service was minimal, and all customer support is based overseas. When I tried to resolve an issue, I was passed around with no solutions. Expect to be on hold for over an hour just to get disconnected. We decided to transfer out within a month, and it took them weeks to port our numbers. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone.
