Never again… I felt like scammed by those fake customer services…. they’ve accessed my computer and changed lot’s of my settings… I can’t imagine why I didn’t stop it… , and they’ve been lurking my computer during the exam… God knows what did they do during it…

A useless company. No matter how much you prepare, it takes over 2 hours to begin my exam. Then stressed out, you do another 2 hours of the actual exam. This experience put me off my university, 3rd year in, I have no desire to continue. Hypocritical that we get penalised for our assignments so brutally when university itself can't get their own issues resolved. Absolute disgrace. I hate proctoru.
I was compelled to use this service by the institution for remote exams, with no alternatives provided, despite high security concerns raised by cybersecurity authorities. Issues encountered include:
• Full remote control of my personal device through a remote access tool, allowing complete access to my mouse, keyboard, and files.
• Unauthorized access persisted for 14 days after the exam, as noted in the breach log.
• Inaccurate geolocation data recorded, with repeated wrong city and postcode.
• Identical biometric photos and videos used across multiple exams, which is physically impossible given the same timestamps.
• Incomplete response to my request for logs, missing 14 days of records and withholding recordings.
• Continuous monitoring.
This is not a secure or fair method of proctoring; it constitutes invasive surveillance that infringes on important privacy and data protection rights. I have documentation to support my claims. I strongly advise against any exam that requires such privacy and security compromises.
I attempted to arrange my exam for today, but the proctor switched the language of my test page to Chinese, which I couldn't understand. I had to keep translating the page back to English. Unfortunately, I accidentally submitted my answers because I couldn't read the Chinese text. When I later asked the proctor if she could reverse the submission, she claimed that she thought I could speak Chinese.

The platform is incredibly challenging to use. I attempted the exam multiple times with technical support present, but was unable to proceed. Most communication was through chat, which was hampered by language barriers. The behavior of the staff was also quite rude, which is disappointing for a service intended for educational purposes.
This has been my worst exam proctoring experience. I faced issues scheduling my test and was charged incorrectly. Despite their stated policies, I was overcharged and had to wait hours on exam day due to their technical difficulties. Trying to schedule another exam was equally frustrating, with unclear charges and policies that don't align with their practices.
